Having been a self-proclaimed avid seamstress and designer, Londa has a wealth of experience behind her vast talents and business. Londa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics from the University of Illinois, has displayed her art as an interior designer, and has managed a successful craft store. But Londa, ever aware of her passion, continued in her craft and began selling and offering dressmaking using Leiter’s Designer Fabrics and House of Laird fabrics.

Before long, Londa’s path led her to new heights as she began publishing her own line of patterns featuring heirloom sewing for women in the late 1980s. In 1990, Londa opened her own fabric store and sewing machine dealership.
