About M&L Designs

    With the calm and experienced hands of a grandmother to guide her, Linda quickly found her passion for quilting when she was only 10 years old.  Learning to stitch with the same finesse as her mentor, Linda carefully wove and pieced her projects with care and concentration. As she grew, Linda created dresses, stuffed dolls, and quilts for herself and her five younger sisters.

    Now with a mail order pattern business beneath her, Linda sells her patterns through M&L Designs, focusing on traditional bed quilt patterns and crocheted quilt patterns.  In 2006 she bought Patterns by Jeaneau, a pattern line of whole cloth quilt patterns and quilt top marking service.  She is currently working on more one-patch/charm shapes, a new line of appliqué quilt patterns, and more wholecloth designs.
